Who we are
Kohmorehbee Consulting Private Limited (KCPL) is a private limited company registered in India, CIN U70200KA2023PTC172135. Our registered office is at HD-060, WeWork Salarpuria Magnificia, 78 Old Madras Road, Mahadevpura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us. This usually means your name, work email address, phone number, job title, and the organisation you work for. If you write to us or fill in one of our forms, we also keep the content of that message.
If you respond to one of our advertisements on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares with us the details held on your LinkedIn profile that you agree to submit through their lead form. This is typically your name, email address, job title, and employer.
When you visit our website, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this only to understand how the site is performing.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to discuss whether we can be useful to your organisation, to send you material you have asked for, and to keep our own records of who we have spoken to. If you have agreed to hear from us, we may send you occasional updates about our work. We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run our business, and your data sits within their systems. These are HubSpot for our contact records, Wix for our website, Microsoft 365 for our email, and LinkedIn for advertising. Some of these providers are based outside India and store data on servers abroad. We share information with them only so they can provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records for as long as there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and for three years after our last contact with you. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent to hearing from us at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Grievances
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data or your request, you can contact our grievance officer, Rishabh Lalani, at rishabh@kohmorehbee.com. If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our website uses cookies set by Wix to keep the site working and to measure basic traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
